ETHICAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD

  • The Editorial Board makes the final decision on the publication of an article/review in the Journal. The Editorial Board of the Journal is responsible for the proper presentation of scientific materials to the academic community, as well as for checking submitted materials for plagiarism using appropriate systems.

All materials, after preliminary evaluation by the Editorial Board, undergo independent anonymous double-blind peer review. The Editorial Board ensures confidentiality and impartiality of the review process.

The Editorial Board undertakes to provide the Author with Reviewers who carry out their reviewing duties in a timely and unbiased manner.

The Editorial Board does not influence Reviewers’ decisions.

If both a positive and a negative review of a manuscript are received, the Chief Editor appoints an additional Reviewer. A negative review is considered by the Editorial Board, which makes the final decision.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to decline, after preliminary consideration, the submission of materials for review if the manuscript is improperly prepared, does not meet basic scientific criteria (e.g., article length, plagiarism, re-publication, etc.).

The Journal publishes information on financial support for scientific research.
