Format guide

  1. The articles are published in Ukrainian and English.
  2. Universal Decimal Classification Index (UDC) is given in the first line, left-aligned, bold type, 11 pt, Times New Roman.
  3. Author’s information is given in the third line, right-aligned:
  • Name, surname, academic degree, scientific title in bold type, 11 pt, Times New Roman;
  • Affiliation (name of institution or organization, their location), country (for foreign authors) is given in the next line in bold type, 11 pt, Times New Roman;
  • ORCID ID.

– if there are several authors, information about each is presented in separate lines.

4. Title of the publication (should concisely reflect the content and be suitable for compilation of bibliographic descriptions and the implementation of a bibliographic search) is given in the next line, centered, bold, 11 pt, Times New Roman, capitalized.

5. Abstract in Ukrainian (800-1000 characters) is given in the next line, bold, italics, 11 pt., Times New Roman,

6. Keywords are given in the next line in bold type, italics, 5-7 keywords, 10 pt., Times New Roman.

7. Article text (length – 20 000-35 000 characters) is given in the next line, 11 pt., Times New Roman, 1,0 line spacing; examples and illustrations are italicized;

paragraph indent – 0.5,

8. Only one initial letter should be placed before the names that appear in the main text. The quotes in the language that are different from the language of the article have to be translated and accompanied by the relevant references. References are to be presented in square brackets, for example [1, p. 7].

9. List of References (bibliographic description is compiled according to DSTU (State Standard of Ukraine) 8302: 2015 http://lib.pu.if.ua/files/dstu-8302-2015.pdf is given in the next line in alphabetical order, each reference in a new paragraph, size – 10 pt, surnames and initials of the authors in italics.

10. Author’s information is given in the next line after the article:

  • Name, surname, academic degree, scientific title in bold type, 10 pt, Times New Roman;
  • Affiliation (name of institution or organization, their location), country (for foreign authors, ORCID ID) is given in the next line in bold type, 10 pt, Times New Roman;

11. Abstract in English of at least 1800 characters, including 5-7 keywords.

12. References is given after the abstract (according to the requirements of the APA Referencing Style).

13. There should be distinguish between dashes (–) and hyphens (-).

14. Centuries to be presented by Roman and not Arabic numerals and abbreviated to “c” (ІІ c.).

15. If the article contains fonts other than Times New Roman, they must be submitted separately (in the digital form).

16. Date of submission of the author’s manuscript to the editorial board is given in the left corner, 10 pt.
